About Hopes AA-NA Therapy Center
Our mission is to help those seeking abstinence and sobriety from the use of alcohol or drugs reduce anxiety and stress in their lives. When a person makes the choice to stop using alcohol or drugs the stress sometimes can be very over-whelming, depressing and mentally exhausting. Not only are you going through physical changes but spiritual feelings as well.
Fellowship 12 Step programs are based on Spiritual principles and have successfully helped thousands of men and women stay free of alcohol and substance use. We integrate Spiritual principles within our counseling program to help individuals release stress by teaching them techniques that are useful in their everyday lives.
Individuals that used alcohol or drugs in their lives at one time abused these substances during stressful situations; this was their way of coping. Finding positive and healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety can be difficult sometimes and we can help you with that. Dealing with stress and anxiety in a healthier way is beneficial not only to you but to those in your life that love and care about you. Take your sobriety 1 Step further and learn how to de-stress yourself the healthy way.
